The more than one drive thing was something I was wondering about too. I have added my hardware specs into my sig now. I think the 500W Corsair should be enough power for what I have. There is one cable that due to the MB SATA configuration doesn't lock correctly and I am guessing that may be the culprit. I went ahead and did a reconstruct last night before bed on the drive and everything is green now. We will see if it lasts....

Hey all, I was out of town for a few days (server 5.0c 12a left running) and when I came back and tried to access some media files from the server it wouldn't retreive the files and now I see a red ball on one of the drives. I just precleared a drive that I had been using for a while in my Windows PC and got a lot of old age and a few prefail although they don't seem to be critical ones.
