Random Crashing Issues
Thank you Jorge! I suspected it was something along those lines since whenever the server crashed and I had the dashboard page open, the ram would always be unusually high. Not max but it would freeze the page with the RAM at over 80%. If I may ask a few follow up questions for my own curiosity 1. What line in the logs pointed towards RAM? I would like to get better at understanding this information to better diagnose things myslef 2. Can you go more into detail about Fragmented Ram? I kinda understand what you mean but is there any way to avoid this? Again thank you for your time and help, greatly apreaciated and why I love unraid and the community!

Random Crashing Issues
Hello, I recently upgraded my server and its been running pretty smoothly for about a month however all of sudden It keeps crashing for some reason. From what I have noticed it mostly happens after Sonarr/Radarr starts an import. It doesn't happen every time mostly at random, could be a single file or 100 it just decides at one point to freeze up. After a reboot it won't happen again for a day or two or more then it will happen again. I tried taking a look at the syslog but it doesn't seem to indicate any issues. any idea's? syslog-192.168.2.36.log marge-diagnostics-20231109-1753.zip

Cache Drive switches to read only at random
Hello, I recently upgraded my cache drive to a 1TB NVME Everything works fine and then at random the server will lock up and come back a couple minutes later with a "Drive mounted read-only or completely full" Now I know for a fact it isn't close to being full and the drive seems to work perfectly fine for hours before having this happen at random. If I reboot the server the drive is gone but doing a full shutdown brings it back to life. I already tried a few things like adding "append nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=0 initrd=/bzroot" to the config on the flash but doesn't seem to have helped. One thing that I thought might be the issue is that the platform I am using is pretty old and only has support for PCIE 2.0. I bought the drive without thinking which is a gen 4 drive so not sure if there is something there that could be causing this issue. Not sure if anyone else has any idea's of whats going on! marge-diagnostics-20230717-1750.zip

Disk Died but didn't lose any files?
Hello Everyone! I recently set up my unraid server and threw in a few old drives of varying sizes to test it out and get plex setup. I didn't use any parity disks or anything just cause I was eventually going to buy a couple new drives once a good deal came along. I started using the plex server for the past couple weeks and everything has been working GREAT! Until this morning when one of the drives started failing and eventually became unmountable. Luckily nothing of importance is on there yet expect for some shows and movies. I removed the drive from the array expecting to lose some of my data however it seems like nothing got lost? Oldy enough all my files seem to be fine and still accessible and when testing if they worked by playing random movies or shows on my plex nothing seems out of place. Before removing the drive from the array I tried to use unbalance to move everything from the bad drive to a good drive but kept getting errors and failures so I decided to take the loss and just remove it from the array. Is this normal or am I gonna find out at some point that some of the files are corrupted/incomplete? *EDIT* forgot to mention that the disk that failed definitely had some data on it. I believe it was about 75% full at the time
