I removed the folderview plugin and the error went away. Hmmm, is there something I am doing wrong?

Hello all, I have been trying to get my share configuration properly done but I keep on getting warnings that files are not protected. I have been reading on best practices, very different opinions out there. I mainly do media streaming and smart home processing, nothing major. Can someone help me understand what I am doing wrong?
