  1. I tested it in my windows pc, and still wasn't having any luck. Ended up picking up an intel dual port, which just plugged and played. Don't know what the difference is other than maybe incompatibility.
  2. Doing the uefi boot gets it to the unraid boot menu and gets the two boot lines to say OK (bzboot?) but then freezes at that point. It's progress though!
  3. If it helps, when I had the card plugged in, I would get the "rom bios not installed" screen where you had to do ctrl+Q to pull up the screen. I would get the "rom bios not installed" whether I would select enabled or disabled under the configuration options on the Qlogi bios.
  4. I'm looking through the mobo bios right now and I am not seeing any option that resembles disabling the pcie op rom. Some of my options under "Platform Misc Config" are below. This is the only spot I seem to see any pci naming conventions. pci express native power management(disabled) pch dmi aspm (disabled) Aspm (disabled) Dmi link Aspm control (disabled) Peg - Aspm (disabled)
  5. Would this be in the mobo bios or the Qlogi bios?
  6. Hi all, I'm hoping you can help me out with this issue. I added in a QLE8150 and the result is now it won't get beyond the Qlogi bios. I can't even get into the mobo bios with it. When I remove the nic and use onboard ethernet, I can get back into the mobo bios and boot unraid back up running. Looking to just get some better in house speeds is the only reason for the nic. I'd prefer to use it but obviously I'd rather have a running computer. Any ideas what might help me get my nic working? Thank you in advance for the help! Asus z270-ar intel i5 7600k 16gb ram
