Unraid seems to freeze after a few days of usage
I switched server two weeks or so ago to a Precision 5820 (I had something really crappy before). However, I got an odd behavior where unraid seems to either freeze up / have no resources. The gui just shows 0% and no usage. I can access the Docker tab and the docker GUIs. Plex still loads and plays the medias correctly as well. Everything loads really slowly. I can't access the console either. The page opens and closes (same for logs). Downloading logs is impossible (it just infinitely downloads). Doing anything on the GUI will work (e,g: stopping all the dockers). However, the gui will forever be stuck in the "stopping" state. However if the page is refreshed, it will have stopped all the dockers. Loading the console is impossible either, it just shuts down the page right away. I can't think of anything but having resources problem but I haven't changed anything to my setup from my old pc to the new one. The memory tests worked fine so I can't think of the ram being faulty either. Lastly, shutting down the server does work but it seems unrelastic to have to shut it off every week. It seems to slowly stop working day by day. After restarting, it does work and is more snappy. Its hard to diagnose what is going on and I was wondering if anyone had any idea on how to figure out the problem? It seems impossible to catch it right before it fails and when it does, I get no insights on what process is crashing it (The diagnostic tool seems to have nothing from my previous run)

Moved HDDs to new machine and shares disappeared from "Shares" tab.
I just received a machine (Dell Precision 5820) today and moved my drives on it ( I don't have much: 1x4TB and 1x1TB). I also added a new drive at the same time (1x12TB) but I don't think this should affect anything (correct me if I'm wrong). So, after opening the PC I mistakenly added the 12TB drive to the array and started it. I guess since it wasn't formatted, it was unmountable. So I stopped the array, removed the drive, and started Unassigned Devices Preclear on it. Because I removed the drive, I was getting errors starting the array since the config had changed (from my understanding -- I could've gotten this wrong). So I went into Settings -> New Config and applied. The array is now starting, but I'm not seeing any shares and Docker is showing as Docker Service failed to start. I'm sure I screwed up somewhere but here's some commands I ran from looking at other posts with similar issues: 1) running fdisk -l /dev/sdb and fdisk -l /dev/sdc: root@Tower:~# fdisk -l /dev/sdb fdisk: cannot open /dev/sdb: No medium found root@Tower:~# fdisk -l /dev/sdc Disk /dev/sdc: 3.64 TiB, 4000787030016 bytes, 7814037168 sectors Disk model: ST4000DM004-2CV1 Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 4096 bytes I/O size (minimum/optimal): 4096 bytes / 4096 bytes Disklabel type: gpt Disk identifier: 2F55BC1F-5623-4C3F-B71A-48541D75C766 Device Start End Sectors Size Type /dev/sdc1 64 7814037134 7814037071 3.6T Linux filesystem 2) zpool import root@Tower:~# zpool import no pools available to import Hopefully this is enough information for someone more knowledgeable to help me out! tower-diagnostics-20240924-2053.zip

Boot Failure: bzfirmware checksum error every few weeks.
Hey, Every few weeks now I get the "bzfirmware checksum error" on startup. Just today, I had to replace one of my container and restarted my pc and got the above. I've been getting it quite often now. I have my old system logs if need be but it doesn't show the checksum error. Any idea as to why? My pc is quite old (8gb ram a 5 or 6th gen i5 with iGPU). I have a lexar USB with 64gb on there. Its just quite annoying to always worry whether or not I have to go and replace all the bz* files on my usb every time.

MyServer error when connecting: "GUID must be 27 characters or longer"
Hey folks! Sorry for posting this in the "General Support" section, I don't have the ability to post to "MyServers". I bought a basic license and have a Lexar USB, but every time I try logging in, I get "GUID must be 27 characters or more" (more or less). For what its worth, I registered w/ a SanDisk USB that sucked and got myself a new one this morning. The GUID is 21C4-0CD1-1100-900000000108 which is 27 characters (if we count the hyphen). Is it possible that my unraid account is linked to my old USB? If so, how can I change it?
