    My apologies for necro-ing this post, but I had been following along and got it working; however, I am migrating from a backup and I am getting an error message that the backup is from a newer version that can't be used. I guess, I'm wondering, how often is the app/docker updated? I would like to move off of my actual VM and move it to unRAID.
