Solutions

  1. NI034710's post in Router Cant see Unraid server was marked as the answer   
    So, in a final last ditch effort i took the Lan cable leading to my server and directly plugged it into the switch which leads to the main router. Deleted the network config files on the usb, rebooted the server and now its being picked up no issues.
