Hi, i have got a 4 Port Ethernet 2.5 GbE Board and i wanted to safe money by attaching my mac and my Qnap directly to my unraid Server. The Server itself is connected to the switch. So i would use 3 of 4 ports. Is that possible and how would the configuration look like? Many thanks for your help!!!!

I' have been burning lost of time figuring out what is going on with my system. The system itself is stable but syncing (Unassigned Drives - LuckyBackup - FreeFileSync) data to an external usb drive leads to a crash. It even crashed my hard drive . No clue whats going on. My syslog ist attached. Memtest was fine. I have a ssd only system with one xfs array (3x ssd 1x parity? 1 cache xfs nvme pool 1 cache_nvme xfs pool Data copys direct to the array I really appreciate some help! Hab leider echt Pech mit LuckyBackup. Hat mich schon Tage gekostet. Eine Externe USB hat LuckyB auch gecrasht. Mein System auch schon mehrfach. Bei LB ist der Cron Job inklusive. Bei FreeFileSync leider nicht. Auf jeden Fall tausend Dank für Deine Hilfe!!!

Bin etwas fachfremd und bekomme das leider nicht hin. Ich möchte mit den "User Scripts" ein Batch File "XXX.ffs_batch" von FreeFileSync ausführen. Der angehängte Screenshot erklärt es leider nur für Ubuntu. Das File selbst liegt in /mnt/user/appdata/FreeFileSync/XXX.ffs_batch" Kann mir da jemand helfen? Geht das überhaupt? Lieben Dank!

Danke an Euch für die ausführliche Anleitung. Habe auch alles genau so befolgt und es funktioniert auch bei mir als Dummy. Ich finde aber beim besten Willen die evcc.yaml nicht. Weder im etc noch im root. Die container in appdata werden auch nur leer angelegt. Auch wenn ich "evcc configure" abschließe gibt es keine evcc.yaml bzw ich weiß nicht wo. Ich durchsuche meine Ordner mit Krusader mit root Berechtigung. Eine Idee was los ist?

I updated to the latest stable version. The problem still persists. Can’t communicate with my inverter through usb nor Ethernet.

Friend of mine told me to stick to that version. Do you think that this behavior of not being possible to connect has something to do that something is wrong with unraid?

I am trying to establish a connection via ethernet to my inverter but it doesnt work out. Do i need a special setting on unraid? Everything is connected with ethernet on my Aruba Switch and i suspect it has something to do with unraid?
