Hi everyone, I have hw transcode issue with my new platform, ugreen dxp4800 plus. I transfer my Unraid from old platfrom(Intel N5105) to this new platform(Intel 8505) those days, everything goes fine except my Jellyfin hw transcode. I already install "intel_gpu_top" and "gpu statistics" plugins, jellyfin setting is even not changed as it works on N5105. The driver i915 is loaded, and visiable in Jellyfin docker. Everything seems fine, but it doesn't work anymore. Once I watch any movie need transcode, I can only see the increased cpuload, and no gpu helps. Do you have any idea for this issue ? yes， it seems before/after I update os, it's backup automatically. I am not sure, but I can see a backup in my Unraid Connect. Do you mean this ?

I have used Unraid OS for one year, everything works fine until I upgrade Unraid OS last night. This morning, I cannot link to my Jellyfin App. The I use HDMI to check, it only boot to BIOS, and with no booting device configuration. When I insert the unraid os usb device to windows, I cannot access it. Does it means the USB device is broken totally ? I need to use a new device and reconfigure everything again ? Thanks.
