    Quick update:
    it was something to do with the specific VM config. After I rebooted a couple times the VM stopped trying to autostart and that stopped the stalling behavior when trying to edit the vm settings page. I redid the hardware pass through and deleted and recreated the VM. I just pointed it at the same virtual disk on the passed through nvme and poof it came back exactly as it was. I didn’t even have to reactivate windows. It was awesome. So now I am back up and running. I stopped the VM from auto starting so hopefully if anything like this happens again I won’t be locked out of the settings.
