My machine doesn't have a 3rd sata slot/power. I have to use USB. I'll give switching ports a shot. Thank you.

I replaced two 1 TB drives with 2 10 TB drives. I replaced parity first and then disk 1 a day later. I am now getting input/output errors when I boot up certain programs. It started with Traefik and Authelia. Now it is doing it for Portainer and Authelia. I'm not sure what to do going forward. I have attached my diagnostics. All my shares appear to be back.

Edit: I went to apps and it suggested to download the Community Applications plugin again. That was the only one I had installed.

Everything is showing up in safe mode.

Hello, I was recently having an issue where I'd reboot and I'd have files delete afte the reboot. Upon discovering that they were saved to cache, I made the change for the appdata folder to be saved to my disk1. After doing that. ALL my shares are gone.
