    找到问题原因了，我拷贝的是视频和图片，使用top命令跟踪占用情况，发现拷贝后immich开始疯狂占用CPU（拷贝的文件夹刚好是immich扫描的文件夹），停止了immich容器后拷贝就一切正常了。
