  1. Thank you for the super quick replies so far. The disk rebuild is in process. I'll repost diagnostics once it completes as I am very worried I'll lose another disk if I mess around and I only have 1 parity drive. Thanks again
  2. masterserver-diagnostics-20260123-1730.zipMy disk rebuild is extremely slow. Around 20 MBps per disk all of a sudden. It used to average 120 MBps per disk previously. No smart errors. Docker is off. Diagnostics attached. Please help. Thank you in advance
  3. I can't think of anything except maybe plex media server? How can I diagnose what is accessing the disks?
  4. Hi, Thank you for the replies. I am on xfs. I have attached the diagnostics. Any help is much appreciated masterserver-diagnostics-20230901-1749.zip
  5. Hi, I'm a complete unraid noob here and I have recently moved to unraid for my plex server. I'm in the initial stages of moving my data over. I have connected my existing hdds - ironwolf 8tb x 4 using unassigned devices plugin. I'm copying movies over to the array - no cache, no parity, reconstruct write. The speeds start at 160 MB per second and then dwindle to about 14 or 15 MBps. What am I doing wrong here? I can't seem to find an answer to my situation after looking through the forums. Thanks
