Solutions

  1. clyde's post in HP MicroServer Gen10 - Freezes was marked as the answer   
    Can be closed. So it was maybe macvlan change to ipvlan. Or the IOMMU change.
    But I would bet on macvlan to ipvlan change right now - NIC is iirc a broadcom NetXtreme BCM5720NIC.

    Just as reference if anybody maybe expierence same issues.
