  1. bimmerd00d's post in Disks Keep having errors, I think it's my Adaptec Controller....but uncertain was marked as the answer   
    I went ahead and guessed that it might be that or the PSU.  I overnighted a 750w PSU (better than the delta 550 I had), and a Dell H200 in IT mode.  Installed it this morning and so far it's rebuilding the 2 "failed" disks.  Also, i'm seeing about 30MB/s more write speed too.  In the end, new PSU, HBA, and cables.  Fingers crossed!
