Hello, I bought unraid a few years ago and have recently decided to start my server back up. I need to renew or replace my key file but the url I recieved in my original email gives an error. I did recently accidently click it and don't download the the file it tried to download. I had forgotten I would likely need to replace the key file I had saved already for a couple years ago. Anyway I made my usb boot drive and adding the key file, but I get a message that I need to replace it as it's old and associated to a different guid. I also tried using the url and downloading the key but get error 8. I figure all this means I need customer supports help in getting a new key file. So I emailed support, figuring I would hear back in about a day since that's what it says on the contact page. This was Thursday night last week. I emailed again Monday but still no response. So I figured I'd post here and see if anyone has any ideas.
