  2. Hello, Problem solved, I went to tools, new configuration. I added my hard disks to the same locations and had a simple rebuild of the partition. Everything is back in order at the given level. To do the test, I'm waiting to receive a flashed IT card to redo the test with the same disk and give you news to close the case. I should receive it at the end of this week. Best regards,
  3. Hello, I have retrieved all the data. I received SAS cables compatible with my sata motherboard. All the disks are back. To avoid rewriting everything, I have to change the HDD on my array with the right serial number and restart? Or should I create a new configuration with the Preserve current assignments option? Thanks in advance, Best regards,
  4. Thank you for your reply. Yes, I find it strange that it worked for 1 month. I would have preferred to have found the fault straight away, and avoided this problem immediately. I should have done more research. I prefer to keep the stock card in case I need it. I'm especially afraid of breaking it during the flash. I have a second-hand dealer who sells this card for not too much money, already flashed in IT. I'll wait to receive it and do the test. One question comes to mind. For my Array, if I put 1 HDD containing the data I need in another machine, can I recover the data? Same question for my SSD cache running in bzsf (2 SSDs) since they are not included in the parity, can I recover the data? Basically, I've got everything backed up except one folder on my arrawy, and all my dockers/VMs are on the SSDs. I wanted to know if I could recover the data other than with an identical or flashed IT card. If I could just recover what I need and then redo everything afterwards. Thanks in advance for your help JorgeB
  5. Hello everyone, After a whole day trying to make the system work again. I'm coming to you for help. I have a system based on an ASUS X570 board, 64 GB ram, 1 HDD of 8Tb in parity, 1 hdd of 8Tb and 2 of 4Tb. I also have 1 SSD sata pool and 1 SSD nvme pool of 2 sdd each used in ZFS RAID 1. I upgraded my system from an amd 3900X to a 5950X and 128 gb of ram. No problem, except that my bios was reset. I noticed this because when I rebooted the server, I noticed that the virtualization had skipped. (That was yesterday.) Everything was working relentlessly. It seems from memory, but I'm not sure, that I did a UNRAID CONNECT upgrade yesterday for the record. This morning, I shut the whole thing down, added a graphics card in place of the LSI DELL H310 and went to the bios. I enabled all the VM options. In order to keep a view, I decide to move the LSI card to another slot and I restart UNRAID, no problem, everything's as before except that when I get to the ARRAY, no HDD is detected, nothing. I turn everything off, remove the graphics card and reset the slots, and still nothing, HDD missing... And from then on, I start looking everywhere on the internet, I see that LSI cards must be in IT mode. I look at how flash, but it's pretty hard. I try another LSI card with a 2208 chip this time, HDD detected as on the other card at boot, then on unraid nothing! I try a lot of modifications on the bios (inherited, uefi, no immo, immo, virtu off, reset bios) nothing to do. I'll stop here with the logs showing that with the DELL H310 card, the firmware can't start. megaraid_sas 0000:05:00.0: Failed to init firmware megaraid_sas 0000:05:00.0: Failed from megasas_init_fw 6540 On the 2208 board, no error message but no disk displayed. I tell myself I'll buy SAS to SATA cables in reverse and bypass the cards and go straight to the SATA. I did a test this evening by putting an SSD directly into SATA and there, cold shower, I see that the IDs are not identical, one recognizes the serial number but UNRAID considers that it is different ... So I find myself with a way to reconnect everything in SATA on Friday, but with no HDD coming up with the right IDs... My question is, what can I do to try and get the old card working again as before (it would work fine for 1 month, with multiple updates and reboots) so that I can carry out an after-sales service on my data, even if I have to start again from scratch. You are my last hope. Thank you in advance for your help. Best regards, srv-unraid-diagnostics-20240124-2120 avec H310.zip
