  1. Just upgraded and the array is fine. Not sure what happened early but I am good to go, thank you for your support!
  2. I posted the diagnostics in my 3rd post when the change to another version made the disk re-appear.
  3. Well it seems it was, that was the only change. Why would upgrading to going to 6.12.11 fix the issue?
  4. Rebooted remotely, I am not on the same continent of my server. Upgraded to latest release, lost my array then downgraded to 6.12.10 and still didn't get anything. Upgraded to 6.12.11 and I have everything but my 2nd cache pool, one of the hard drives isn't showing. Scared to ever upgrade again. skynet-diagnostics-20241109-0153.zip.crdownload
  5. Did nothing but upgraded. Missing a disk after upgrade. skynet-diagnostics-20241108-2052.zip.crdownload
  6. Got my data back using some free software I found on this sub Free XFS File Recovery Software. Thanks for all the help trurl, I actually learned a lot. Backup your server, parity isn't a backup.
  7. I appreciate the encouragement and the assistance. I should have been more patient waiting for your response but was on a time crunch. I'll let you know if I was able to recover any data.
  8. I should have waited for you, yes it is mounted. and has only 87gb on it now not 3ish tbs.
  9. i should have copied the data over while it was unassigned, really bummed about that decision.
  10. well, i took disk1 out of the array and into unassigned. formated disk 3 cause it didnt have any data. never formated disk1. I am assuming when i moved it back to the array it started doing a data-rebuild of the "emulated" disk 1 which had no data...
  11. i think i did upload old diagnostics skynet-diagnostics-20240129-2033.zip
  12. I didn't new config, I stopped the array and moved the disk to unassigned, the xfs repair gui worked, i saw the 3tb on the drive then stopped the array and moved the disk back to the array, started the array and noticed it was rebuilding data.
