  1. So I've switched out my ram, and upgraded my PSU to an 850w. I'm still having problems with it crashing every 30-36 hours. Is there anything I can provide to help further diagnose the problem.
  2. This did not do the trick. I ordered new RAM as I have read that the RAM i have may be the wrong speed to run with this CPU. Who knows. Also, would you think that a 650 watt PSU is enough power to run this server?
  3. I'm kind of new. Is there a link to this procedure? Thank you.
  4. Every day to a day and a half, my Unraid server running Plex is crashing. I've tried to pinpoint the crash when it happened while I was watching a movie and attempted to locate it in the syslog, but the crash never got logged. I will attach a copy of the syslog just to see if I'm missing something. syslog-previous
  5. I for the life of me cannot figure out why it keeps crashing in the middle of the night. Its always typically around the same time. I've even changed flash drives. I'm about to re-build the whole thing (mobo, cpu, psu, etc.)
  6. Parity check had nothing to do with it. It still crashed again today.
  7. I do…nowhere in my bios shows anything about C-State or power idle control. I have noticed that right before the server crashes, I can hear the fans rev up, and when I pull up the web GUI, the CPU activity is high. It happened this morning immediately after watching something on Plex. I do notice that this happens when it’s halfway through a parity check. I turned off the scheduled parity check to see if it persists.
  8. I'm not 100% sure what I'm being asked to do.
  9. Im not sure if this will help since this diagnostic file was written after restarting. tower-diagnostics-20240505-1752.zip
  10. do I attach the whole dowloaded Diagnostics folder? Does that have any private in it?
  11. It seems that every morning when I wake up, I have to hard reset my unraid server. The server remains on, but the activity lights show no activity. When I plug in the monitor it shows a black screen and a keyboard will not do anything. When i hard reset the machine it functions fine throughout the day, but the next morning will result in the same thing. I turned on (mirror syslog to flash). I have attached it below. Not sure if this is relevant to the issue, but the log says "failed to renew DHCP, rebinding". Hopefully someone can help. syslog-previous
