Greetings,
A newbie I am to unraid, still experimenting and whatnot. So as stated in the topic I have a PowerEdge T420 I am running. The issue I am dealing with seems to be an old one, that was apparently solved, but I can't find good documentation so looking for help here. I am running an external GPU with said server (nvidia 3060). So after disabling the onboard video I can run my output thru the gpu, but I run into the following issues:
In UEFI boot:
I get to the UnRaid boot screen, but no matter which I get the error
"Failed to Allocate memory for kernel command line"
I doublechecked the usb after running the tool and there is no "-" next to the EFI folder, and for good measure I ran the make bootable script as well, but to date I am still unable to get it to boot into the OS from this point
In BIOS boot:
After the server runs it's preboot sequence it gets hung up on,
"Disconnecting UEFI drivers. Please Wait....."
It'll hang here for a moment and either shutdown or reboot
Any help would be appreciated. I suspect it's something simple that i"m overlooking, but I guess with the millions of other projects I have going on I"m missing the solution somehow.
Thanks,
Ax
