  1. 100%, run in test mode, plug-in filters set to YES, and select options you feel align with what you are seeking as output. Keep tinkering until you see the output match your expectations. Then, turn test mode off and let it rip!
  2. Good luck, I hope the move goes smoothly!
  3. Hey @EDACerton, I am having issues with switching from the docker -> plugin. I feel like I have tried everything in this thread but I still cannot see my server in File Explorer (Network Tab) I cannot add via 'Add Network Location' (\\servername\sharename or tailscaleIP\sharename) I can view the Unraid web GUI and I can access my dockers via Tailscale IP:docker ID I included the diag zip here. Please let me know what else you may need to assist in resolving my issue RamJam-tailscale-diag-20240812-185801.zip
  4. Looks like it's working now. Will let this run overnight and report back in the morning! Thank you @Reynald
  5. @Reynald Still not working for me.
  6. Can't seem to get this working with Unraid 7.0.0 beta 2 and my ZFS hard drive pool. any support would be great!
  7. Does this network path sound right? FIOS ONT -> Fios Router -> Ethernet Switch (what kind of switch for a 10gbe network?) -> Run Cables
  8. With that being the case, what can I do to improve the situation?
  9. I don't have the capability to test with all devices wired.
  10. iperf3 = ~430 Mbits/sec for sender and receiver (going to purchase a new cat 6 cable today) HDD speed. But, my user share config for data is Cache -> Spinners. My Cache is 4TB (2x 2TB nvme drive) and is 5% full. I just ran a speed test now from my laptop (wireless connection to my Fios router)
  11. I cannot figure out how to improve SMB performance, please help, any support will be greatly appreciated. Thank you! I have enabled the following settings:
  12. I am running Mover from Main -> Move right now. I was unsuccessful invoking Mover with, Plug-in Filters = Yes and Test Mode = No. I am watching the Cache Pool used reduce in size and my Spinners Pool used increase in size. This means to me that Mover is working, correct? However, I did have my "Only move at this threshold of used cache space: " 50%. My cache pool was less than 50% utilized so this may have been the reason why Mover did not execute. I will lower the setting and fill up my cache pool + rerun with your suggested settings. FYI - I am very new to Unraid and home lab/server stuff. Just started this journey a few days ago
  13. @Reynald I am on Unraid 7.0.0-beta.2 and want to say thank you for the continued work on CA Mover Tuning. I have done the following: Removed the prior version Installed the forked version via your link posted on this thread, I think on page 60 or so Move Now button follows plug-in filters: NO Test Mode: YES Now to confirm: Mover will not run on schedule I have manually invoked Mover on Main -> Move (which thanks to you + other folks, is working now!) Is there anything else I need to do for now?
