    Found this thread through Google and good that I did. I'm not even Unraid user but tips here helped me through this endless headache of boot --> reboot --> fail --> repeat - cycle. My Board is Supermicro X11SCA-F as this thread is about. As for 8/2024 I am using Bios version 2.5, My BMC version is "20240624_01.74.15". I have Intel iGPU only (i3-9100). The greatest trick was to make Primary display PCI as I found out from this thread and which wasn't expected since I have nothing in my PCIe (Except HBA and Network Card but no GPU) I did this but did not tamper with Max TOLUD since I have no idea what that is. Worked with Auto option. This I also did. Result: I got IPMI KVM to work and same time Plex is hardware transcoding with the Intel iGPU. Thank you everybody!
