Hello, I have been a long time user of your unraid app and have never had any issues until about 2 weeks ago. Mind you I do have a very large library and plex has access to everything in my /media folder. But recently as of I belive September 15th it quit pulling in new media altogether. My stack hasn't changed with naming or anything and the new media is in the right format. Plex still has access because I can play everything that's already on it. But when you force a scan none of my new media shows up. I do use trash-guides so I know there shouldn't be any issues there. And yesterday I ran the new permissions tool on unraid so permissions shouldn't be an issue. Not sure how to proceed as plex is still playing older media that it has but will no longer pull new items from library.
