Solutions

  1. TKO42's post in Can't Access Web GUI or shares outside of the NAS was marked as the answer   
    I managed to get this fixed! I did a full factory reset of my router and that fixed it! Not sure what got messed up there, but I'm glad it is working now!
     
    Thank you everyone who helped walk me through some troubleshooting
