Hi, I'm running unraid 6.12.13 as a fairly new unraid user so sorry if anything goes over my head a little! I've recently setup a server using an old machine and can access the unraid OS through the connect application with no issues, during initial setup I couldn't access the server through the IPV4 address or the tower.local or anything similar, I deleted the config file to to make sure it was running at default values and the assigned IPV4 address matches other connections on my network so appears to be configured correctly. I tried changing http/https which didn't work either on any other machines (including mobile) so I ended up having to setup the server through the OS GUI on the server itself. Now when trying to access the server through my second machine (windows 10) I can't find or connect to the share drive at all, I've changed the gpedit.msc settings to accept guest logons etc, changed network sharing settings to make sure everything is allowed and nothing is potentially blocking the connection.
My phone appears to try and connect to the server through the web but is infinitely loading and then eventually times out, when I try and connect via the windows 10 machine it pops up with "Your Internet access is blocked, Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection." From looking at my windows defender configuration and antivirus I don't see anything that should be blocking the connection and the fact even my phone won't connect makes me believe this isn't the cause either.
So far the methods I've tried to resolve the issue makes me believe at least it’s an issue with either how unraid is setup or network configuration. For reference the server is plugged into a UDM pro which detects the unraid server with no issues and also my secondary machine which is plugged into the neighbouring ethernet port. I'm kind of at a loss as to where to go from here currently as nothing I've googled or found on other forums with similar issues has worked, for reference I'll link some of the forums I've gone through and tried having attempted near to every resolution in each of these posts. I've also attached a diagnostics file in case anyone can spot something simple I may have missed. Otherwise hoping someone might be able to identify the issue.
