Help requested for AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 4650g Passthrough
Check out this post from me, I made Ryzen 5 5600G work via UEFI VBIOS AND fixed reset bug with vendor-reset, so 100% usable. https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/amd-ryzen-5600g-igpu-code-43-error.138665/post-726791 I think both are Vega 7. So by copying my method, maybe all you need is a different VBIOS, or maybe the supplied one also works.

Windows 10 VM - AMD APU (5600g) Passthrough / VBIOS Dump
Ok, I have learned now that the 5600G.rom is probably just broken, albeit under certain conditions with the Niemez driver you can make the driver load without error but I think you can do this also without any rom at all. With vgabios-cezanne-uefi.bin from the Proxmox forum thread I posted, it will load error-free with Niemez driver from boot (needs UEFI Windows reinstall). So I tested and tested and it didn't really work. I have never done this and I am not sure on the precise details how it is supposed to work, only what ChatGPT told me, which is sometimes a double-edged sword. So it will not VNC output and Looking Glass will either not start the service, or if it does it hangs, depending on this and that. So what I mostly do is work over rdesktop, though unfortunately this also creates a virtual display adapter, which seems to confuse Looking Glass... What I noticed though is that in remote desktop, WebGL and OpenGL apps would run at quite remarkable speeds (though not monumental speeds). So I disabled the Radeon device in Device Manager and the speed dropped from like 60fps to 1 fps. So it seems rdesktop was utilizing the card all this time. However the Looking Glass client only worked a single time and then there was no input ... so I rebooted and it is stuck at logo despite service started and conditions being identical AND the rdesktop being hardware-accelerated by the iGPU every single time ... when I fiddle over rdesktop, sometimes Looking Glass will magically start working, but it works as if it is just cloning the rdesktop output for whatever reason. Really strange. This is how I installed the Niemez driver, nothing special:

Windows 10 VM - AMD APU (5600g) Passthrough / VBIOS Dump
Please check out this thread on Proxmox Forum: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/amd-ryzen-5600g-igpu-code-43-error.138665/post-726791 First there are people who claim it worked for them with the supplied vgabios-cezanne-uefi.bin file (warning: doesn't work without UEFI "OVMF_CODE" etc. loaded by Qemu). Then I have found out that you can easily use vendor-reset by adding vendor ID as NAVI10, so it no longer breaks the GPU after using qemu once. However I never got it to actually run. I installed Niemez drivers, and only when I load this vgabios-cezanne-uefi.bin in UEFI mode then it gets rid of Code 43 permanently ... however when installing just Adrenaline from AMD it would also remove Code 43 regardless of BIOS but only with qxl-vga device active and not always and Code 43 would always return after reboot .... However there is still no display output over vnc/spice despite the card showing as loaded without error. Since I loaded 5600G.rom in dmesg running qemu makes some iommu module crash in a loop (UEFI or no UEFI). I now have to reboot the host to fix that ...
