VMs are unusably slow.
Was creating a new ubuntu server VM and running the installer over vnc was painfully slow/laggy. The fix for me was turning off "migratable" of the VM settings.

Critical Security Vulnerabilies Discovered
From what I understand by reading the patcher description, all it does is apply patches on top of the existing version of your usb stick, every time it boots. It seems like a way to keep your existing stick more updated until you finally get around to updating the stick itself. I may have misunderstood though.

As a new subscriber I really appreciate the way this was handled and communicated. And big thanks to the researchers out there keeping us all safe. Unraid rocks 🥰

Storage directories for v7.0.0?
And apparently it creates the shares/directories for me automatically, that was not clear.

Storage directories for v7.0.0?
Currently evaluating unraid and one issue I keep bumping into is that I can't seem to find info about what storage directories/shares I need to create for docker and virtualization. Docs.unraid.net seems to omit this information, and seems to be made for v6. I think I figured out that I need /system/docker/ and /appdata but what do I need for ISO's and 'domains' is it just /isos and /domains? Why are they called domains? Also, I couldn't figure out how to enable the myunraid.net ssl cert. It just does the animation and nothing happens. I changed from unraid.local to unraid.home.arpa maybe that's causing an issue for the ssl cert? Sorry I'm sure these are dumb questions but really tried finding the info and watching videos etc. Where do I enable the virtualization feature, I don't even see the option anywhere. Also, for networking, if I mess with eth0, eth1, etc, and I lose access to the webui, can I still manage it via gui from local console?

Interested in unraid but have some questions
Hello, I am thinking of using unraid for my new diy nas, and I would like to use zfs. However, zfs is only in the new v7 which is still in beta. is RC2 stable enough to use for homelab/home use? My data is important and I don't want to risk it, but I also don't want to have to build an 8 drive array and later on have to deal with conversion to zfs. What's the recommended approach for my situation/use case? Do I need to wait for v7 full release? Is there a planned date for that to happen? Should I stick with 6.12 and then upgrade to 7 later on and not use zfs? I'm leaning towards zfs because of speed + resiliency (hoping to do raidz2 with two parity drives), and my nas has 64gb ram and zfs would put that to good use. Does the one year of updates include going from v6 to v7?
