Will do, when I started the array last time it took forever to mount the disk that is causing issues and then once it did the errors started immediately. Started array to get diag. and it is again taking a while to mount disks. Actually it just started and disk 1 is now "unmountable" with 1024 errors. butler-diagnostics-20250118-1350.zip

Already running extended test. It has been stuck on 10% complete since last night (drive spindown disable (never)) Just started short tests on other drives in array (2 more in pool, 1 parity). Will upload diagnostic when complete. Thanks all so far!

Had a 4tb Ironwolf drive drop from array (contents emulated). Ran short SMART test and it passed, however there looked to be a lot of errors and after successful array rebuild to the same drive and successful parity check more errors were noted and sectors relocated.
