  1. Phamie's post in My second parity drive doesn't spin down anymore was marked as the answer   
    Update on 2/8/25 at 7:41pm CST: I rebooted the server again this morning and left it on for several hours. After checking it carefully, the 2nd parity drive did not randomly turn it on and be able to spin down. I am not sure what happened, but my server is fully operational!
     
    I have already taken care of the problem, and will mark it as resolved!
