  1. Thanks. Ordered a new psu (with support for 12 sata drives without any extenders). Going to give that a try and see what happens. Also, will keep that in mind about the upgrade. Cheers
  2. Yes they are on different controllers. Going to take everything apart and see tomorrow. I will also get another drive to add additional parity. Thanks for all your help... I'm sure I'll be reaching out tomorrow!
  3. Error once again. Time to take the server apart and figure out what going on.
  4. I've moved that faulty drive to another location. Going to try running rebuild again.
  5. Scratch that. Error on another drive right now - Disk 18. Also error is back on Disk 11. So the array rebuild is stuck at 0.3%. unraid-tower-diagnostics-20250314-2138.zip
  6. Alright switched the drive placement and started the process again. Seems to be working right now as far as I can tell. Good to go from this point onwards?
  7. Thanks I did that but now I have errors showing up on Disk 11 - Error 1024. The Unraid server is stuck at "Read Check 0.0% * Paused". unraid-tower-diagnostics-20250314-2053.zip
  8. I do have the original disk. But it's the one that does not register at all on the system. Did check all the cables etc. and these are all good.
  9. As the title of the post suggests. Had a faulty drive on Disk 11. Got a new Hard Drive and after running preclear on it I assigned it to Disk 11. However Unraid still says there is not proper disk there and is running on emulated version. unraid-tower-diagnostics-20250314-2010.zip
  10. That's what I'm going to do. Ordered a Seagate Exos X18 14TB drive from serverpartdeals. Going to plug that one in.
  11. Thank you for that.
  12. One more question. Right now disk 11 is "unassigned". Will I just be able to assign a new drive to it and have that work?
  13. Thank you for that!
  14. Any risk running the server till I buy a new drive?
  15. So basically buy a new disk and put that in place? I attached disk 11 at a new spot and still nothing. Basically a new disk will rebuild everything that was on disk 11?
  16. Got it. New diagnostic uploaded. unraid-tower-diagnostics-20250305-1115.zip
  17. Alright I think I'm getting this...a bit. Now I have Disk 5 operational but disk 13 is acting up. Going to change some cables for that.
  18. No not really. I had the server running fine for around 6 years. Then for the past 1.5 years it was just sitting unused (moving houses) -- and now this.
  19. What can I do about that?
  20. Yup I guess that cable went bad. Posting new diagnostic now. unraid-tower-diagnostics-20250305-1026.zip
  21. "Read errors from parity, check replace/cables for that disk and try again" I don't follow what you mean by that.
  22. Here you go. These are with the array attempting to start but being stuck mounting Disk 1. unraid-tower-diagnostics-20250305-1013.zip
  23. The parity drive is plugged in well. And the error is still appearing.
  24. I have started the array but it is just frozen on "Mounting disks". It's trying to mount "Disk 1" but is just stuck doing that. I've uploaded the new diagnostics -- but am not sure if anything is going to change. unraid-tower-diagnostics-20250304-2354.zip
  25. Nope. None of the sata/power splitter or anything else is the issue. I even changed the location of the drive to see if that would help. And none of the other drives show any smart warnings on the dashboard page.
