Forgot to enable docker 🤦‍♂️

First time installing unraid - I went to enable docker, but noticed the appdata / system / isos / domains shares aren't created, so I get the `Path does not exist` error when i try to enable docker. Trying to enable it anyway doesn't work either. I've read through all of the similar posts on the forum, but none of the solutions are applicable. I've tried: a fresh installation, reboot, making sure user shares are enabled, and double checking the array is started unraid-diagnostics-20250501-1848.zip
