So I only need to copy the config file and install a new version on the stick and put it back in?

Ive updated the Server from version 7.0.0 to 7.1.4 and after rebooting the Server i couldnt acces the WebUI. So i pluged a monitor into the server but i only get to an login screen and after I login nothing happens ans also the Local Gui does not work and i get an site not found error. Is my Server broken or is it Something else? what are my options and how much is lost in worst case? thanks in advance and ive attached the sylog maybe that helps. syslog.txt
