  1. I've been running my server for Plex for the family and friends alongside a few dockers for Minecraft servers for months and saw the update, so figured, better update things. I access and worked within the server within 24 hours ago and no errors, but after the OS update I get the error "Unmountable: wrong or no file system" for my Plex array. With the help of the Discord group (shout out to Discoverlt and jcofer555) We tested in maintenance mode, tried with a fresh shutdown and boot, and then we tried with VM and Docker disabled and still are seeing a mounting issue of the Plex array specifically. We have seen the following errors: Oct 29 20:53:48 Tower kernel: zio pool=plex vdev=/dev/sdd1 error=84 type=1 offset=4538368 size=32768 flags=3178897 Oct 29 20:53:48 Tower kernel: zio pool=plex vdev=/dev/sdc1 error=84 type=1 offset=4423680 size=24576 flags=3178897 Oct 29 20:53:48 Tower kernel: zio pool=plex vdev=/dev/sdc1 error=84 type=1 offset=4448256 size=36864 flags=3178897 Oct 29 20:53:48 Tower kernel: zio pool=plex vdev=/dev/sdc1 error=84 type=1 offset=4489216 size=4096 flags=3178897 Oct 29 20:53:48 Tower kernel: zio pool=plex vdev=/dev/sdc1 error=84 type=1 offset=4493312 size=40960 flags=3178897 Oct 29 20:53:48 Tower kernel: zio pool=plex vdev=/dev/sde1 error=84 type=1 offset=4423680 size=24576 flags=3178897 Oct 29 20:53:48 Tower kernel: zio pool=plex vdev=/dev/sdc1 error=84 type=1 offset=4538368 size=32768 flags=3178897 Oct 29 20:53:48 Tower kernel: zio pool=plex vdev=/dev/sde1 error=84 type=1 offset=4448256 size=36864 flags=3178897 Oct 29 20:53:48 Tower kernel: zio pool=plex vdev=/dev/sde1 error=84 type=1 offset=4493312 size=40960 flags=3178897 Oct 29 20:53:48 Tower kernel: zio pool=plex vdev=/dev/sde1 error=84 type=1 offset=4538368 size=28672 flags=3178897 Oct 29 20:53:49 Tower emhttpd: plex: mount error: wrong or no file system Oct 29 20:47:17 Tower kernel: protection error, dev sdc, sector 1088 op 0x0:(READ) flags 0x800 phys_seg 1 prio class 2 Oct 29 20:45:27 Tower root: error log : /var/log/graphql-api.log Oct 29 20:12:15 Tower kernel: zio pool=plex vdev=/dev/sdc1 error=84 type=1 offset=4538368 size=32768 flags=3178897 Oct 29 20:12:15 Tower emhttpd: plex: mount error: wrong or no file system Oct 29 20:12:20 Tower rc.docker: Plex-Media-Server: Error response from daemon: error while creating mount source path '/mnt/user/Cartoons': mkdir /mnt/user/Cartoons: no medium found those are the only red errors Oct 29 20:12:20 Tower rc.docker: Error: failed to start containers: Plex-Media-Server ^^^ Only orange error Oct 29 20:12:15 Tower kernel: zio pool=plex vdev=/dev/sdc1 error=84 type=1 offset=4538368 size=32768 flags=3178897 I'll do my best to provide any and all information I can.
