    Kleines Update von meiner Seite:
    Ich habe mir einen weiteren Mini-PC (Fujitsu Esprimo Q556) zugelegt: Wenn ich meinen bisherigen Unraid-USB-Stick nehme, den ich vorher an meinem X300 dran und welcher nicht mehr gebootet hatte, an den Esprimo stecke und von boote, startet Unraid einwandfrei. Ich vermute ich habe wirklich einen Hardware-Defekt (CPU oder Mainboard) an meinem X300.
