    Sounds like a driver-level conflict between TeraCopy's kernel hooks and your unRAID VM setup since 24H2 , hopefully the dump file helps the devs pin it down. Meanwhile, try GS RichCopy 360 or Goodsync instead. I switched to it after similar crashes; it runs cleanly in virtualized environments, handles long paths and locked files, and does multi-threaded transfers fast. It's been rock solid for me on 24H2 and 25H2.
