    I setup unRAID 5.0-rc11 on a box to preclear 3 4TB Seagate drives and when I started preclear it said that it was going to start on sector 63 instead of sector 64. This is version 1.13, and started with no -a or -A. The server is set to MBR: 4K-aligned for the Default partition format. I thought I read that preclear would default to start on sector 64 (4K aligned) based on the default partition format and also for >2.2TB drives. Potential bug or user error ?

    Depends on the make and model of the PSU. Mines the corsair 430cx You should be able to run at least 12 green drives. I had 13 WD Green drives on mine before I upgraded to a Corsair 500CX.

    I got mine from monoprice. It looks to me like they have a bunch of different SATA cables in stock.     You mentioned that you are ready for 14 drives. How would you fit 14 when you have 3 4-in-3 cages? Aren't you limited to 12? I have the same case and I'm planning for how to fit in more drives and considering going with 2 more 4-in-3 cages from Cooler Master or something else.

    Thanks, btw, do they offer advance replacements. Its amazing for how many thousands of $$ I've spent there, I have never had a RMA. You can't get an advanced replacement from Newegg, but they generated a pre-printed mailing label to return the drive when I submitted my RMA and they wanted me to pay for return shipping. I was able to get that waived by calling.
