Hey all, having some issues with my new plex media server. So, installed everything, got media added and shared. Everything works great, but the server shuts itself down every 4-8 hours. It says a direct connection is unavailable from anything external. The docker still says its running in the unraid GUI, but it hangs when I try to access the Plex media server Web UI. Any ideas? Where should I pull logs from?

So, was able to get my parity drive up and running. Everything in unraid says its good. But this is weird: I have a "movies" share. Inside it are genre folders (action, family, drama etc.). When I open the share, 3 of the 8 genre folders are now showing empty. If I go to individual disks and open the share, then genre folder, everything is still present. Any ideas?

Hey all, Just had to replace a 3TB drive that went bad (she was old and it was time). It looks like the parity drive also went bad during rebuild... So. Im stuck with a bad parity drive, and 4 of my 6 shares are now completely empty even though it says the disks are all full. As you can see from the pic, I rebuilt disk 5. Any help would be awesome.

Hi all, I have been running unraid with Kodi(XBMC) for years now. I have never had any lag or buffering issues even with the largest files. Starting about a week ago, my large media (mostly MKV) have started to buffer every 10-15 minutes. The buffer lasts for a minute or so and then keeps on or stops playing all together. I have replaced all relevant ethernet cables. There was also some lag/buffering from my wifes laptop while trying to watch some TV shows. What can I do to trouble shoot where this is coming from?

So, im trying dockers now. Installed sabnzbd and sickbeard. Has anybody had success with these two on dockers? My only issue right now is that sickbeard never created an autoprocesstv folder/file when it installed. Anybody know why that is?

Drive was bad, replacing this morning.

Tried to run a SMART check on disk 4, failed "Errors Occurred - check log". Log attached. New_log.txt

Alrighty. Parity is complete and had 2 million errors on disk 4. Replaced the cable. How do I get a SMART report on the drive? I see on the wiki the command, but how do I get the report for just disk 4?

Hrmm, going to be a while, lol. Only 58% done... 117 days remaining.

Running parity now, going to take the evening (9 hours left). So far, at 30%, disk 4 has 96,000 errors... ill post a log when its finished tomorrow.

Alrighty. Started in safemode, attached is the log. Doing a parity check right now. What is my next step to ensure things are stable to boot in normal mode? syslog_safemode.txt

Kk. Dumb questions, ready go! 1. How do I run a smart report on just one disk? I ran "smartctl -a -d ata /dev/sca >/boot/smart.txt" I attached the result, but I have a feeling this wasnt what were looking for. 2. How do I start the server in safemode with no access to the GUI. Quick update. I can now access half of my shares. Nothing changed. Still cannot access the GUI or the rest of the shares.

Hi all, Me again. I have no idea what to do here. Restarted my system and everything seems to be shutdown. The only share I can access is the USB (Flash). I cannot connect/see the GUI, just loads and loads. With a monitor/keyboard plugged in it seems to boot normally. I can get to root@tower:. I don't know enough about the system to attempt anything crazy. I did go back to my last backup of my USB, but that didn't help at all. Log from a telnet attached. Please help! log.txt

Thanks for the suggestions guys! Tried Sonarr and I am getting the same thing as sickbeard. Keep in mind SABNZBD and Coachpotato both work well... Sonarr wont even let me update, ill attach a screen shot as well.
