Are you sure you didn't fill it or the drive it is on? Why do you think you need 40G docker.img?

Yeah the drive was only a little more than half full when I logged in. 40GB Docker image I think was from a long time ago when a container had runaway logs and it kept filling up the image. I just don't think I ever changed it back.

It does look like the typical bad RAM scenario, but you appear to be using ECC RAM, so technically it should not be possible, could be some other kernel memory corruption.

I am indeed using ECC RAM. So far Memtest has been running for a while and nothing has failed. Not really sure where to go from here.

  3. Earlier today my BTRFS cache drives went into read only mode as the log spit out a bunch of BTRFS errors regarding loop2. From what I've gathered searching around is that my Docker image is most likely corrupted and that it could be my RAM that's failing. I'm currently running Memtest86 to see if it's indeed the RAM, but I thought I would post my diagnostics here so that someone much smarter than me could have a look through and let me know if it could be something else.

    Thanks for the help!

  4. So I have been having random UnRAID crashes (most likely due to macvlan issues, I think) and I decided to take the time to upgrade the BIOS of this motherboard from 1.0c to 1.6a. Everything worked and I booted up UnRaid, but of course it reset my settings so the iGPU was missing, which I need working.

Today I decided to try to get the iGPU working again and also finally try to get the iKVM working. Well, as of right now I can't even boot into UnRAID at all, and this is after several resets...

I've tried every combination of every setting in this thread. Right now I don't even care if the iKVM never works again, I just need to get the server back up and running. Can someone list their current motherboard settings so I can get UnRAID working with the iGPU? Also, Legacy, Dual, or UEFI boot mode? I don't remember what I had set. @dumurluk @devros @Iceman24

  5. Has anyone ran into issues with USB hotplugging not working with their webcam? I unplugged mine to rerun the USB cable and now Unraid doesn't see it anymore.

    I'm on LibreElect 6.8.3.

Edit: The webcam has disappeared from Unraid completely, even after a server reboot.

  6. To share my experience as I had quite a difficult time setting it up with my multiple VLANs, I ended up just clicking Add Peer and leaving everything at default (besides naming the peer). After I did that I downloaded the setup (or used the QR code on my phone) and editing all of the properties in the respective apps (DNS, different networks, etc). Trying to get all of the settings dialed in on the GUI in Unraid never worked properly.

So I had everything working. Updated only the plugin and now only my first peer can ever get a handshake. And even though I get a handshake - the WebUI, no LAN or server hosted content is accessible, and neither is the internet.

I just want a relatively easy to use VPN for myself and the people I have accessing it and I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong now. I didn't touch any configuration other than updating wireguard from the original release to the one from November.

I feel like an IPTables rule is missing, but I don't know enough to figure out what it is. My reasoning is that the result of attempting to ping the DNS server (192.168.1.254) results in a Destination Host Unreachable from 10.253.0.1 (the unraid server)
The handshake completes so I know the peer keys and endpoints are right, something on the routing side is wrong.

I had essentially the exact same experience as you. Even further than that, upon filling in my Allowed IPs and applying the change, it crashed my server and I couldn't get it back up. I ended up having to revert back to an old restore point just to get the server and Unraid working again.

Really not sure what went wrong either, but for now I'm just happy with my server back up.

  8. Check spelling. Remember things are case sensitive.

Spelling is fine I double checked.

To be a bit more verbose, the actual path for my movies and TV shows is all under mnt/user/Media/ and I have folders within Media that are Movies and TV Shows that I point Plex to. I have no problem watching TV shows, but Movies don't even load and I'm stumped.

  9. Pretty new to UnRaid but been loving it so far, however the one problem I've been having is exactly what is described in this thread. My docker image utilization just keeps going up and up. I am using a lot of CouchPotato, NZBGet, and Plex and it seems both Couch and Plex have gotten massive. According to CAdvisor, Plex has multiple instances of over 800mb each (all of which are active and not dangling, tried that), and Couch is over 2gb now. I tried mapping the /temp folders by going into each docker and just putting /temp in and mapping that to the app's applicaiton data folder. However I am not sure the programs even recognize /temp as the folders are all empty. I'm at 100% image utilization which is frustrating because I already bumped my image size to 12gb.

Anyone here have advice besides "check for dangling images". It seems like these applications are building really large temp repositories but I can't find them/haven't been able to remap them.
