  1. Ok so I got it working again. I had to boot unraid into the GUI mode and use the built in web browser to go to localhost:32400/web in order to login and claim the server. I think that this is because I was on a different vlan when trying to claim the server. Server was on xxx.xxx.2.xxx and I was on xxx.xxx.1.xxx.
  2. I am having an issue and I'm not sure what is going on. I recently started having issues with permissions where I would get the message that I do not have permission to access the server. To troubleshoot I backed up my config and wiped out the docker and started from scratch, but using the docker image I get either this error "No soup for you! The server you're trying to access doesn't want to let you in. Make sure you're signed in as a user with access to this server." To test further I installed PMS under windows and was able to log in and claim the server with no issues. Attached are the Server logs from a fresh install of the docker image and me attempting to login and claim it. What is going on? Plex Media Server.1.log Plex Media Server.log
  3. Can I install the DVR version of plex in this docker or would I have to wait until it comes down to the regular release?
  4. How do I know what version of plex is the plex pass version? It says that I am currently running version 1.2.7.2987 and it is from the plex pass docker. However I am not seeing the DVR options in the settings.
  5. Where can I change the number of concurrent downloads? Right now it is limited to 5 and I can't seem to find the settings.json file.
