It looks to me as if you have set a tag for this docker in the repository field. Is it set to "latest". If it's set to 1.3.15_18_ge050905b2-1-04 then it won't install the latest update. You'll need to change the version to latest and install the current version on Deluge v2.

Well, hell, I didn't even know that was as thing. I have no idea how I had a specified version when I didn't even know that was something that could be done.

Thanks for the help, that did it and I'm up and running now.

OK, well, in that case I did follow the force instructions. I'm showing: 1.3.15_18_ge050905b2-1-04.

I run the force update and I see:

Are you positive that you have

I don't seem to have that variable anywhere in my config, as near as I can tell.

Assuming we're talking about on the container edit page. So I added this. Does it look correct? So far I'm not having any luck.

...and after ~10-15 minutes it started working. Weird.

  5. So...the impression that I'm getting is that, if using port forwarding, PIA is hosed indefinitely.

But I'm not using any port forwarding, and I seem to be in a failed connection loop in my binhex-delugevpn log.

Am I misreading things, or do I have a different problem from everyone else?

  6. So...this isn't quite what it sounds like.

Long story short, I'm giving T-Mobile ISP a shot. Mostly because there's zero data caps (you know, allegedly) and I'm getting better speeds than Comcast offered, and it's $50 a month. If I can get things running the way I want them to, it seems like a workable solution.

The biggest problem is that I can't port forward or do a DMZ IP or anything. The options are there in the actual gateway config, but T-Mobile's support, which is mostly pretty good, basically says "yeah, that isn't quite implemented yet. But, you know, it will be eventually. Probably". So, that's not exactly helpful.

As a general ISP user, it works fine. But I've got too many docker containers that don't work correctly without the ability to forward ports. Most specifically, OwnCloud and Plex.

I'm currently sampling AirVPN, since PIA only allows one port forward. But this is where it gets complicated.

Let's say I want to do OwnCloud. I can setup a port forward that gets a random port and then forwards it to 8000. OK, great. But that port forward has to come in on something that's connected to the VPN. My Windows PC doesn't really do me a whole lot of good there. I've messed with SpaceInvader One's VPN forwarding instructions, and they work, but I haven't quite worked out how to do port forwarding with IPtables yet.

I figure at worst I can use SpaceInvader One's instructions on an old Zbox dual-nic machine I've got and eventually get the port forwarding working. But this seems like a really long way to go to get around this problem.

Another idea that occurred is that I could take an ASUS RT-3200AC that is currently operating as just an access point, install an OpenVPN client on it, and have it as a secondary gateway out of the network. Then point the unRAID machine's default gateway to that device. Then the port forwarding would (presumably) be fairly simple.

Man, the lengths people will go to give Comcast the finger.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

  7. I understand this thread is an antique, but I'm having a hard time figuring out the correct place to try to find help here.

I'm using the Owncloud docker provided through the Apps tab, which I believe is provided by Owncloud(?).

The problem I'm having is figuring out how to add the SMB dependencies inside the container...and was hoping someone who knows Docker a lot more than I do (barely) could point me in the right direction.

I'll try that. For what it's worth, I'm not using a cache disk yet. So I'm trying it off /mnt/disk6/dockerconfigs/radarr.

    We'll see.

So....seemed good for bit, and then poof, bad Plex database.

Ive put in a 1.5TB 7200RPM cache disk, and am now running off of /mnt/cache/appdata/binhex-plexpass. And rebuilding, yet again.

  9. I've had a problem going on for some time, and now that I've gotten some other issues fixed it's time to look at this one.

I've got a SiliconDust tuner on the network.  I can get it up and running in Plex, with ~200 stations. And things seem....OK. The EPG downloads (ridiculously slowly, IMO) and then we're done.

Then later, I'll come back to the Plex GUI, and looks, it's refreshing the EPG. And it's at 0%. It's like the thing is continually losing the EPG or something.

Is this normal? Is there something I could have set correctly? It's not like there's a lot of config options in the DVR setup.

  10. Yes, as part of some rebuilding I was doing involving the whole SQL/appdata thing I neded up unknowingly updating. What  used to be a web interface that would crash when more then half a dozen torrents were removed (and would take minutes to do so) is now doing it instantly with no crashes.

Too bad about the Radarr thing. Hope it gets fixed soon.

yep database corruption is a problem at the moment, switching to a non shfs/fuse path helps but this is currently not the silver bullet, there is something else in play that is causing this, its being investigated by limetech, see this LONG thread:-

    https://forums.unraid.net/topic/80439-downgraded-back-to-667-due-to-sqlite-corruption/

Oh that's good news. Sort of. Between this and the Radarr problem in the other thread, I thought for sure I had some hardware starting to go bad.

Thanks for always being helpful, Binhex. You'e definitely a gem.

  12. I have what I'm hoping is a simple question on this one.

It seems, no matter what I do (restricting config to one specific brand new disk, splitting it, whatever) I am finding the Radarr database constantly getting corrupted.

It seems if I restart the docker, it leads to a screwed up database, and I'm usually going to end up having to restore from backup, or reinstall completely. Which means more scans, etc etc.

I just go into the log and see this over and over:

Any thoughts on what is going wrong? I'm liking the program, but I am really getting sick of redoing from scratch three times a week.

  13. Small question/issue with this container, and the answer may be somewhere in the 183 pages of this thread, but not on the FAQ.

It looks like Radarr really wants labels to be enabled in Deluge. However, I can enable labels, but that add-on gets disabled upon a delugevpn docker reboot.

Is there a way to fix that?

  14. OK, so I did the 6.6 version, went 5 days without an issue, got notification of the 6.7 update, and I've now setup the syslog server.

Is there somewhere I should be telling unRAID to dump to its internal syslog server? I'm not seeing it.

ETA: Found it. Not the most obvious thing, I happened to find the info in the 'Tips and Tweaks' section.

  15. Hi all -

I've been having some lockups for a while now. The server will just go completely unresponsive. It doesn't even ping. I've had to force shutdown via the power switch on the server.

When I check the logs on the flash drive after a reboot, it's completely blank.

What's the best way for me to pull useful logs when the event occurs?

  16. Looking at the current Plex version, I'm seeing Version 1.5.6.3790.

From what I understand (quite possibly incorrectly) we need to be running something in the 1.7 range to get live TV for IOS devices. I've tried a manual update, I've tried checking for new updates, and I've ever deleted and recreated the container with no change in the version.

Can someone suggest what I'm missing here?

  17. Has something gone funny with PIA?

My installation (which I C&P when needed) looks like this:

    oot@UnRAID:~# docker run -d \
    >     --cap-add=NET_ADMIN \
    >     -p 8112:8112 \
    >     -p 8118:8118 \
    >     --name=delugevpn \
    >     -v /mnt/user/Incoming:/data \
    >     -v /mnt/user/config/delugevpn:/config \
    >     -v /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro \
    >     -e VPN_ENABLED=yes \
    >     -e VPN_USER=XXXX \
    >     -e VPN_PASS=XXXX \
    >     -e VPN_REMOTE=nl.privateinternetaccess.com \
    >     -e VPN_PORT=1194 \
    >     -e VPN_PROTOCOL=udp \
    >     -e VPN_PROV=pia \
    >     -e ENABLE_PRIVOXY=yes \
    >     -e LAN_NETWORK=192.168.1.0/24 \
    >     -e DEBUG=false \
    >     -e PUID=0 \
    >     -e PGID=0 \
    >     binhex/arch-delugevpn

However, the VPN is failing over and over because of a self-signed cert in the chain.

    2016-10-09 10:15:41,184 DEBG 'start-script' stdout output:

I'm at a loss as to what to do here. It's not like I can do anything about PIA's cert chain. Is it possible to skip the verification? And even if I could, would I want to?

Pia port has changed from 1194 to 1198

    That did it. Thanks.

You think PIA's support people would be aware of this...
