  1. I am unable to format a replacement disk. When I try to format the disk I get "You must enable destructive mode". When I research that it says I need "Unassigned Device Plus". I cant find that plugin anywhere. Any help would be appreciated as my system is emulating the disk.
  2. In version 6.1.8 I was able to see and use both of the network ports on the motherboard When I upgraded to version 6.2.4 I can still see both ports but can only use 1 of them (eth0). Anyone have any ideas.
  3. I am running UnRaid on an ASUS KGPE-D16 motherboard with 2 AMD 6276 processors and 56GB ram. This motherboard has 2 ethernet ports IN version 6.1.8 both ports were recognized and used. I upgraded to 6.2.4 and both ports are present but only 1 port (eth0) is being used. I would like to get both ports back in use. How should I proceed.
  4. I tried this. Move ran for over 6 hours but the files remained on the cache disk
  5. When I first set up unRaid 6.1 I incorrectly created some shares where I had set Use Cache disk to YES. Most of them I was able to clean up by creating a new share and copying the files from the old share, deleteing the old share, renaming the new share and rebooting unRAID. My last share however is 7TB which does not lend itself to this function. Is there a way to copy files from the cache disk to the data disk for the share?
  6. I have swapped the flash drive out. The new drive worked. The drive that didn't work was given to my by a supplier. Thank you for your response. This should serve to close this thread
  7. I found that the BIOS setting IOMMU setting was disabled. When I enabled that setting the system booted. However when I go the http:\\Tower website and try to get a trial key I get the message Sorry, an error (406) occurred registering USB Flash GUID ABCD-1234-0000-0000000000? The error is: GUID 'ABCD-1234-0000-0000000000?' is not valid Not sure how I can change the GUID of the flash drive.
  8. Moved to a USB 2.0 port. Had some different logging on the screen, but final result was still unable to get an IP address from my DHCP server.
  9. I am sorry I posted the wrong motherboard. The motherboard is GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3. There is only 1 RJ45 connector on the motherboard. I had my keyboard connected using a KVMS switch. When I plugged the keyboard in directly it worked. I was able to generate the log file and have attached it. Thanks for helping me. tower-diagnostics-20160812-0248.zip
  10. I have downloaded version 6.1.9-x86_64.zip onto a flash drive formatted FAT32. When I start the computer from the flash drive it fails to get a DHCL address. When I modified the network configuration to use a static IP if fails to connect to the network. This computer runs Windows 7 on the network with no problem. The motherboard is a GIGABYTE GA-EP45_UDR3R/UD3. It is running an AMD cpu with 8 cores. The motherboard has 16G of ram. When running the unRAID the monitor of the computer goes along and finishes with a “Tower login:”. At this point the keyboard is nonfunctional. Any help you can give me on this would be helpful.
