Unable to format a replacement disk.

I am unable to format a replacement disk. When I try to format the disk I get "You must enable destructive mode". When I research that it says I need "Unassigned Device Plus". I cant find that plugin anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated as my system is emulating the disk.

BUT, why would you want to format the replacement????  All you need to do is assign the replacement instead of the emulated disk and let the system rebuild on to it.  Formatting and replacing a disk is a very nasty thing to do...

Just thinking of "format" when talking about replacing disks makes me very nervous. Format is NEVER part of rebuild. Don't even think about it.
