  1. Overdue update - today I created a USB and was able to do a clean install boot to 6.11.0 I wiped the drive, tried 6.10.3 and had the same issue. I just upgraded from 6.9.2 -> 6.11.0 and that seems to have gone fine. I'm not sure what about my hardware is unhappy with 6.10.X though.
  2. Diagnostics bundle from after restore of 6.9.2 in case it helps reginald-diagnostics-20220706-1655.zip
  3. Hello! I have been putting off updating to 6.10.3 out of sheer laziness and finally decided to pull the trigger today. I updated from within the GUI using the OS Update function in the Tools section. Update installed, reboot and I hit a Kernel Panic before I see USB devices or disks (sda, sdb etc) start loading. Unfortunately the content on the screen is moving too fast for me to tell what step the kernel panic is happening on. I wiped my USB drive and performed a clean install using the USB Creator tool of 6.10.3 just to rule out some issue with my config. I tried booting in Safe Mode, No GUI, Yes GUI, etc. Same issue no matter what. I restored a backup of 6.9.2 and the server is back up and running properly. What can I do to troubleshoot the failed boot on 6.10.3? Hardware specs: Model: Custom M/B: Supermicro X9DR3-F Version 0123456789 - s/n: 0123456789 BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. Version 3.3. 4. I posted this thread to Reddit as well an shave received a few responses indicating the issue may be custom docker networks. I was using this feature to assign my nginx reverse proxy a static IP separate from my unRAID box but several users have indicated this was the source of kernel panics. I'm going to try to remove that config and wait and see. If anyone has any suggestions in the meantime I'm all ears! Thanks!
  5. Greetings unRAID users! I have been an unraid user for about 6 or 7 years now. Have wrangled a few issues on and off but of course I have been very pleased with the stability of unRAID (until lately) Over the past 6 months or so, I have been having issues with my unRAID server on and off. At first, the issue was bad RAM - server would crash and the IPMI would show that a DIMM had uncorrectable errors, etc. So I purchased 128GB of new DDR3 ECC RAM and installed, this seemed to resolve the RAM issue. Then, I had problems where the web interface would become unresponsive and sometimes the whole server would crash with a kernel panic. So I purchased a new USB drive and reinstalled unRAID from scratch. I reconfigured my docker containers, stripped down the plugins installed, and ensured I was running the latest stable version. (which I was running before the USB replacement) I also removed a 10Gb network card which I thought may have been causing issues. Now, my web GUI issues appear to be resolved, but I am still getting kernel panics every so often. It's been a bit frustrating as I am having trouble nailing down the source. I enabled logging to disk on the unRAID server but my logs don't seem to indicate an issue before the kernel panic. The stack trace displayed on the console also doesn't seem to help - usually Kernel Panic - not syncing. So, I am turning to the masters for assistance - here is the relevant information as well as log and system-diagnostic bundles. The server just crashed this morning so I have fresh DIAG and logs. 6. The Romania one, I switched the other day when Netherlands stopped working.
  7. OK, I did have my upload set to unlimited and I have reduced it now, so that does seem to help but it seems I am hitting 5.0MB/s down and sticking there - almost looks like throttling? EDIT: I applied a profile called High Performance Seed from ITConfig Plugin and restarted docker. I am now getting 8-10MB/s down which is fine with me. I think there was a port forwarding issue as one of the settings showed "Use random ports"
  8. I usually download to my cache drive, so I am not sure that the array speed is the issue. Only very large files do I direct straight to the array to avoid filling the cache drive.
  9. Hey guys, I know a lot of you are having issues with PIA and getting deluge running at all - I have a different question though: How can I make sure I am maximizing my download and upload speed with deluge? I have a 400x20 connection at home, I know that running a VPN will slow traffic down, and that the swarm quality determines the max download speed. However, it seems I can play with the settings and get anywhere from 3-5MBs down and never any more. AFAIK PIA should perform faster than that so I am just wondering if you guys have any suggestions about tweaking settings in the deluge client to maximize performance?
  10. Having same issues you guys are posting about, going to try the romania server. EDIT - it worked, changing the .ovpn file and the dns option in the docker container settings got me back up and running.
  11. Just as an update, I fixed my issue. It seems to be a problem with the ovpn files I was using. I re-downloaded them from PureVPN and selected "router" as my device. In the zip I downloaded I used new ovpn files and certs and I was able to connect. Thanks for helping me out!
  12. Attach the supervisord.log located in /config/ watch out for credentials Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk I removed all the credentials I could see that looked sensitive. If you see anything that shouldn't be there let me know, also if you need some more detail I can provide. Thanks in advance, and for the fast response. Is the port specified in the ovpn file 1198 if not then please change and try again. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk Here are the contents of the file, changing the port did not seem to make a difference. 1198 looks correct according to the ovpn file, I'm assuming you also have downloaded the ca.crt file and put it in the same folder yes? Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk Yes, the certificate and other files are there. Here are the contents of the core.conf file too
