Thanks all for your help. I have ordered a miniSAS > SAS breakout cable hoping to rule out the enclosure backplane's issue. As such I'm marking this issue as resolved.

I have tried swapping the SAS cable, still no go. Currently the HBA is connected to a 2U 12 bay enclosure and I'm starting to wonder if it's the enclosure's backplane giving me problem...

Hi, I have recently installed the Fujitsu PSAS CP400I HBA(Cross flashed to LSI SAS 9300-8i) into the server and currently it's not detecting any drives connected to it.
