If i go your route with Xeon with a dedicated GPU the draw is about the sama (about 40w) as a 12/13gen Intel lake processor with iGPU. I'm buying 600 class 12/13 gen Intel with a b660 (z draws more power). In windows it draws 43w in idle benchmarks with unknown PSU and GPU installed.
