hi, i just updated this docker. after completion, ive had this ecreen when i open the container. it had been an hour and no progress. id this normal? or is this a bad update?

hi, i have 2 unraid servers one server has a basic key and the other has a plus key. for example i will use server 1 and server 2 server 1 has 4 drives plus cache and is currently using the basic key server 2 has only 3 drives plus cache and has the plus key. i have seen it before but cannot find it anymore. i want to still have 2 servers but i wanted to swap the keys from one to another while keeping all other settings the same. what is the process? TIA

The only way i could get my server to stop giving that error was to go back to a previous flash drive that i had backed up.im sure there are better ways but this worked for me

unifi video docker seems to be working but plex will not play a video

hi, i rebooted my unraid server and i am now getting this 500 internal server error when i try to go to the gui. i can still use the command line straight from tge server and dockers are still working. any ideas what could cause this. not sure what info you may need. thanks

i am getting this error in the plugin fix common problems: Your server has detected hardware errors. You should install mcelog via the NerdPack plugin, post your diagnostics and ask for assistance on the unRaid forums. The output of mcelog (if installed) has been logged has been working well most of the time but every 2-4 days it becomes unresponsive and i need to reboot for it to work. i have downloaded mcelog and attached the log as i cannot figure out the issue. backup-diagnostics-20180228-1940.zip

i have tried that plugin with no success. i beleive its because in the terminal after puting in the code it asks for the password of the root profile on that server. is there a way to get around the password?

Hi i just got rsync to work between my two unraid servers. is there a way to schedule the rsync code so i dont have to manually put it in every time i want to backup. similar to the mover every night it will backup my main server to my backup serve? thanks

i have it enabled "login as root with password" enabled port 22 "TCP port forwarding" enabled. still getting same error

Hi i am using unraid 6 as my main server and recently setup a freenas 11 server for backups. i was told rsync is the best bet for backing up the unraid server to my freenas server. i cannot figure out how to set this up. i understand i will most likely have to use command line for the unraid server but cannot figure out how. TIA

thank you. i had set my router to give a static ip which didnt allow it to boot up. i redid my flash drive to 6.4 and turned off static ip. a lot better now thabks for your help.

not sure what happend but when i updated to 6.4. i could not boot up. it kept going through eth0 checks and would not boot. i replaced 2 files from the previous folder and it boots back up now but obviously nothing was solved as i am on same version. so because of this issue i tried on a different cpu and motherboard. i tried on intel i5-3570k with asus p8z77 pro motherboardand i am having all the same issues.

Hi, sorry for my ignorance as i am new to unraid. i have recently setup a build with ryzen 1700. i have not been able to get plex to be stable. sometimes plex server works on lan and i have only gotten remote access to work once i setup remote access in my plex server settings it says connected. i go to a different page and its red again says not connected. I have tried changing all settings on my router. i have an edgerouter that i use as my modem i have had this setup with windows plex with no issues. ports are forwarded and i have manually specified port in plex but still can only see it sometimes and it does not stay. i have tried changing to my isp's modem and setup port forwarding on that with no success. am using the plex container not sure what you may need to diagnose but i have added my system logs. thanks syslog.txt
