  1. Hi everyone! I haven't posted here in a long time, so please let me know if I am not providing all the proper information, but I really need your help. For weeks now, every day or two, I would lose complete access to my server and its containers (even a local IP sniffer shows that the server's local IP cannot be pinged). I would then have to do a complete power shutdown of the server and reboot - to which the server would work again for a day or so before the issued arose again. At first I thought it was my deluge container that was the issue, since it would be the container that would seem to error first, but since then I have removed the container and I still have the issue. I have attached the diag zip file and the syslog file hoping someone could point me to the source of the issue so I can fix it. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!! syslog tower-diagnostics-20230323-1717.zip
  2. Thanks! Just wanted to double check that there wouldn't be an issue that i just restarted the parity creation right on top of the previously failed one
  3. So I was running the first parity build, then i restarted the array, and the parity started from the beginning on the reboot of unraid - is that ok? since it is writing again on a drive that had already had been written on (when I was running the first parity that stopped)
  4. Hey guys, so if I accidentally restart my array, can I just start the parity again at 0% or do I need to preclear or format again?
  5. Hey guys! I am having the same problem but I can't find a way to delete the ._Pro.key file. It won't show up when I plug in the USB into my mac (I have turned on show hidden files), but it does show up in the unraid GUI when the USB is connected back to the server. Any way else to delete it?? I don't seem to be able to use the unraid terminal
  6. Hi guys, All of a sudden one of my disks today just stopped being responsive to the array and then when I stopped the array and restarted it, I get this error: Tower emhttpd: error: get_key_info, 584: Invalid argument (22): get_message: /boot/config/._Pro.key (-3) Via my Mac the USB does not have a ._Pro.Key file. (even with hidden files turned on), but it is there on the USB when I check via the unraid GUI. I was told I need to delete this so the system checks that actual Pro.key file. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! Since it is a time sensitive thing
  7. Hey guys! I followed Spaceinvader One's video and both Tunnelblick on Mac and the OpenVPN client software say that I am connected! I even checked my IP in safari and it is the remote static IP I am trying to get to (which my unraid server is on). However, I can't do anything else. I don't know how to connect to the server via MacOS Finder or any other way (plus I thought it would just show up as shared in the left column). I am kinda stuck. I tried to skim through some of the thread to see if anyone else has had this problem but it is so long! Also I am just a learning amateur so maybe I am missing something. PS my ultimate goal I am trying to access my array and all the shared folders in MacOS finder remotely (I live elsewhere from my unraid server) - for easier access THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP IN ADVANCE!~!!!!
