Solutions

  1. Krobbinsit's post in Mover isn't moving file and Cache is full was marked as the answer   
    Figured it out Unifi Controller is writing 100mb WiredTiger logs like mad and filling the cache drive and causing it to move those to the array.
     
    So for now I have stopped the docker and going to have to rebuild the controller it looks like.
