    Cheers for the reply. Unfortunately I've tried using the "Replace Key" function but I'm still waiting for the email with the new key

    Hi All, I’ve requested a replacement USB key as my original flash drive has died but I haven’t received the replacement key yet. Reading the forums, It seems these are meant to be instant. I've tried contacting support but it's fairly urgent I get a new key ASAP as we have customers without a server. Many thanks
