March 18, 20224 yr Hi All, I’ve requested a replacement USB key as my original flash drive has died but I haven’t received the replacement key yet. Reading the forums, It seems these are meant to be instant. I've tried contacting support but it's fairly urgent I get a new key ASAP as we have customers without a server. Many thanks

April 13, 20224 yr Hi I have replaced my USB and gone through the request new key but i have not received the email with the new key yet?? I am in the same boat, i have even tried it a few times and then i changed my forum password to check if the emails were being blocked, but the change password email came through straight away .. I am stuck at the moment

I am stuck at the moment The email should come through within seconds. I would suggest you check your Spam in case it ended up there. If not you will need to email Limetech with the details.
